MISSION STATEMENT
I will keep educated on the most current health issues to honor the professional progression of massage therapy.
In working with clients and other medical professionals I will first seek to understand and then seek to be understood.
I will trust my intuition and inner guide for the insight it can give.
I will promote homeostasis in society one client at a time.
I will use Knowledge based decision making in each choice I make.
GOALS
2010 - Develop instructors who assist professionals to love their profession.
2010 - Co-author Ethics Book Adam Parrott.
2013 - Graduate as a doctor of Chiropractic.
2015 - Go international with Educated Touch.
BIOGRAPHY
Nathan Nordstrom is a graduate of East West College. He is a nationally certified continuing education provider for Educated Touch. Mr. Nordstrom currently teaches at the University of Western States massage therapy program. He has taught and mentored massage therapists from all over the country. He has been published on everythingmassage.com, and quoted in such publications as "Massage Therapy Journal" and "Massage" magazine.
Mr. Nordstrom has worked in the field of massage for over eight years, earning experience working in a retreat spa, and medical offices, owned a day spa, served as President of the Oregon Chapter of the AMTA, serving as an examiner for the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy, and served on national board of the AMTA. He has assisted on committees for both AMTA and NCBTMB.
